Personalized or customized orders are non-returnable. We print directly from the approved proof. Page Stationery is not responsible for any typographical or design errors that you have approved. Page will not incur the costs of reprinting and shipping orders due to these errors, nor will a refund be issued. When you approve your proofs you are agreeing to this approval policy. Any claims of damaged goods or problems with your order should be received within 5 business days to orders@pagestationery.com.
Customized or personalized orders cannot be cancelled. Production on your order begins as soon as you as your order is placed. Purchaser is responsible for all costs associated with production of a custom order.
Purchaser is responsible for providing accurate ship-to information and for all shipping charges. Your order will ship within 3-5 business days from approval.
